Switchboard Operator
Your role
§ Answer and forward all incoming calls (external or internal) in a timely and professional manner
§ Determine intent of the caller and make appropriate connection
§ Receive and route a variety of calls for general corporate information including complaints, emergencies, security calls
§ Deal with phone calls simultaneously
§ Keep up to date records of office extensions of Lombard employees and departments
§ Assist in reporting telephone equipment or service complaints and problems
§ Follow policies and procedures
§ Perform various administrative and typing tasks
Your profile
§ You have gained a minimum 2 years' experience as a switchboard operator (switchboard experience required)
§ You are an enthusiastic and motivated person, able to deal with several tasks simultaneously in a timely and accurate manner
§ Being a team player, you demonstrate abilities to deal with frequent changes, delays and unexpected situations
§ You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Excellent written and spoken English plus at least two of the following languages: French, Dutch, German. Any other European languages would be considered a distinct advantage

Estate Planner Coordinator
The role
Co-ordinate succession planning between the tax planner and the Policy & Product Administration department

Your profile
§ Belgian Bachelor degree in Law
§ 1 or 2 years similar experience

Corporate Event Manager
Your role
The role has been designed to introduce expertise and a disciplined approach to corporate events management where project planning is key to ensuring successful results to help Lombard develop closer business partner relationships. Specifically the function will include:
§ Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and define a corporate event strategy translated into actions to support the business strategy and objectives
o Ensure existing project management tools are efficiently used and identify enhancements of the working methodology.
§ Managing a team of experienced marketing professionals
§ Provide qualitative and innovative event ideas and identify implementation areas in existing corporate events
§ Select providers and define Service Level agreements with external event providers
§ Be a resource to the team in advising, helping and supporting projects
§ Be responsible for ensuring that milestones and results are in accordance with the project scopes and within budget and agreed deadlines
§ Prioritise projects and tasks in line with the business priorities
Your profile
The successful candidate will possess the attributes listed below:
§ At least 5 years experience in a similar position and university degree in marketing or similar faculty
§ Suitable experience in financial services, wealth management or luxury goods sector
§ Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication and ability to facilitate teamwork
§ Able project manager and results oriented person
§ Attentive to detail, precise and well formulated
§ Creative, quick thinking and good planning skills
§ Fluent in written and spoken English; working knowledge of other main European languages (i.e. French and German) would be considered an asset

Public Relation Executive
The role
§ Co-ordinate PR activities and plans for expanding media coverage across and in the different countries where the Company operates
§ Handle pro-actively ongoing media relations programmes
§ Compose and edit press releases and other material needed for media relations programmes
§ Collect and edit material for executive interviews
§ Establish and manage relationships with editors and journalists
§ Work closely with relevant Sales team and Company departments
§ Support Marketing to develop brand and product positioning (including collateral) and research
§ Secure media appearances and interview placements for spokespersons
§ Manage crisis communication material both pro-actively and reactively
Your profile
§ Adaptable and flexible, the successful candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and be able to work with significant autonomy and responsibility
§ Ideally, you have a University degree and an extensive (at least 10 years) PR experience, preferably within the financial sector. Journalistic experience a plus
§ Assertive and outgoing, the ideal candidate should display strong confidence in day-to-day media relations
§ Well-connected, sociable with excellent networking talents
§ Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation, as well as ability to prioritise
§ A proven track record of displaying initiative, creative thinking, and ownership for attaining performance goals

German Tax Specialist
The role
§ Develop and maintain a though knowledge of personal tax and financial planning issues facing HNW clients in all markets and of the solutions available
§ Develop and maintain relationships with leading tax advisers in all markets
§ Co-ordinate all tax advice obtained in all markets; constantly expand and refresh this critical intellectual capital and ensure it is integrated in Lombard's existing database of external advice
§ Monitor changes to the financial planning environment in all markets and investigate potential impact on or opportunities for Lombard
§ Analyse tax effectiveness of proposed new products and non-standard large cases, including client rationale in choice of structure in large cases
§ Develop new products or strategies based on tax planning opportunities
§ Develop excellent working relationships with our network of Marketing Consultants and provide them with guidance on all aspects of client taxation
§ Work closely with other departments to develop new solutions, share market development and competitive information
§ Work to help solve large and complex cases
§ Have a particular interest in German and Nordic markets
Your profile
§ University degree preferably in Law or Economics
§ German mother tongue and excellent level of written and spoken English. Knowledge of any additional language would be considered an asset
§ Previous similar experience in a Big 4 or an international law firm
§ Good analytical skills
§ Strong personality, good assertiveness
§ Open mind and creative approach
§ Able to deal at very senior levels
